This is STILL another spoofed number being used by the scam company "Recovery Management Services". They do the same old extortion-by-telephone scare scams as other crooks do, only they use about a dozen different phone numbers. They claim to be an "arbitration office" & they call to advise you of some alleged outstanding debt from 3-5-10 years ago, & they threaten legal action & criminal charges if you don't pay over the phone right here, right now....It's all BS, & totally illegal. Contact your local attorney general, the FTC, & the CFPB.
