Called my cell, left no message. Comes up as Fife, WA, where I know no one.

the caller uses a spoofed number to conceal an 800 line they are really calling from , caller ID shows V11743333..........x
left a message ....reason for call , you are now eligible for interest rates for as low as 6%.... just block this number

Called and didn't leave a message but as I researched it is a scam asking for your CC# to lower your interest rates.

Caller ID showed Cheryl A Lovelace, Tacoma Washington. Left no message. More than likely a scam/Spam and mentioned by others.
