An un-identified individual called my phone on 11 May 2011 around 8:40 AM.
Caller claimed to be from the Court House at City Hall. Caller stated that a
parking ticket was unpaid from 2008, amount $35.00. Caller would identify specifics
of who he was call or who he was.
