Who called from 2542123063

Looks like another google scammer has sprung up.  Same message on their callback for all 3 of these numbers:

254-212-3063
682-808-4781

BLAH BLAH BLAH.......Just another ILLEGAL ROBO-CALL!!!!!!!!!!
ILLEGAL ROBO-CALL for a Google Listing "SCAM" THIS IS A SCAMMER!!

didn't answer but they left a recorded message.  they asked if I have trouble paying student loan and i may find out in 60 seconds whether I am qualified to get the loan cut in half.

This number came up as local ranking. It say press 9 on the do not call list. Is a automated voice message. How can we stop it?.

Called back to a busy signal. Blocking number now
