I received the the text saying my car can be sold rright away and gave me the e-mail address [email protected] letting you know that person call her self Rebbeca dag and pretend to be marine biologist.Rebecca will say she is from qubec and will tranfer money to pay pal.I searched her name and couple of posts came saying its a scam when i told her ur name in a scam list i never got the reply back. Please be carefull about this number and e-mail address

I too recieved a text from the same # saying please email only and her name is deb. this is the second time a scamist has tryed, when I post vechicles on kijiji, don't send them any money or give any of your info up! The last time, I called PayPal and they red flagged it, the emails I received looked real, they said that they had recieved the money and could finish the transaction, they wanted me to pay the shipping up front, and they would put it on top of the cost of the vechicle, check it out if it's to good to be true.

I posted my truck on kijiji, Then i got a text from 254-304-9687 saying he wanted to buy my truck right away. he gave me his mom semail and said his mom will be buying it for him. i emailed her and she said she was a marine bioligist and that she would paypal the cost of the truck plus the transportation cost. i then recieved an email from [email protected] saying i have recieved the full amount for truck and transportation.It went to my junk mail which i found weird. in the email it said that i was to send $2650.00 to elancheliyan viswakevu, address Lot PT 3251, jalan Terminal KLIA(outbound) city Puchong,, state Selangor postal code: 47100, country, Malaysia. and once i send that from my own pocket that the money would be credited to my paypal account. This seemed really messed up so i called paypal and they said they were fake emails. So be very careful everything looks and sounds real.
I will catch these clowns dont worry :)

It would be real nice if you caught them as I was not as smart to investigate and got scammed huge!!! I truly wish there was some way to sue, charge or get my money back. I fear that this is not the case though and assume I should take this as a big loss and kick myself in the [***] over and over again.
Should I report this? is there anything that can be done......at all????

I wish we would have checked before we sent the first shipping fee!! Rebecca Dagg sent us her passport info, so why wouldn't you think it was okay. Also we told her we new nothing of PayPal and she actually took the time to tell us how to do and how to contact PayPal and everything!! You just can't trust anyone anymore! Now we're out $1000.00. Hope Karma catches up to her soon!!
