Received a call, no message! Any ideas who this is yet?

Received a phone call from this number asking for my husband by name.  The caller (with an Indian accent) said he was calling from a State Medical Department regarding a blood thinner my husband was recently prescribed for a heart condition.  He said he wanted to talk to him regarding the complications he's had with the medication.  I told him my husband has not had any complications and not to call here again.

just received a call...Indian....very difficult to understand. I did catch the word  "medication"  and then hung up.
