This company is Source Access. They called me because they were hired by an insurance company to facilitate medical record information related to a life insurance claim. I don't know much about them, but they had a legit reason for calling me.
Called my Google voice account and left the following message:
This is a list of Texas calling on behalf of the access code of deal. I was calling to see if we could get an email or fax. So that we could send over a request for medical records and A We're trying to get your records from Minneapolis higher incidence if you could return my call. My number here is 800, Banana and, sorry, 942, and I'm calling, please refer to case 863721. Thank you and have a good day.
...No idea what that means, no desire to call them back. They basically admit they're a scam.

Which begs the question: Why did you search the number on the internet? Click on the link for 800 notes? And post a message? If you know who it is, there was no reason to search it.
