My work number is being called by this number stating IRS is filiing a lawsuit against me. This is impossible as I do not list my work number anywhere associated to my name. I think this is a spam call

It's impossible because the IRS would contact you via USPS snail mail if there was a problem with your taxes. They wouldn't call and threaten you via a scammy phone call.
