1) This site doesn't make calls. It exists so those receiving such calls can report them and maybe even find out more about who (i.e., scammers) happen to be and what scams they happen to be running.
2) The number for this thread has a Texas area code. This site (including it's servers) is not located in Texas. Those behind the call aren't either they are using Caller ID spoofing to make it appear so in order not to be traceable.
