Someone at phone number 254-442-7248 keeps sending me texts. When I ask who is it, he does not answer. Here is what he keeps texting to me:

It has been happening for a few weeks. Over and over and over again. How can I do a reverse lookup. I think it might be a PERVERT. Why wouldn't the person respond, when I say "who is this?" over and over and over again. No response. just "Hey Pretty". Very scary...
