A real dumbass. I identified myself twice. He stammered.  I told him to speak twice. He stammered some more. Stupid foreign [***].  I hung up.

This number has called my mother's phone nearly every day at the same time...It is getting to be a pain. What is the best remedy for this harassment?

A call blocker (or a phone with a call-blocking feature) is probably your best line of defense. You can find great call blockers on Amazon for about $49 or so. You'll just have to look to find one that fits your needs.
