The have an "F" with the BBB at the time of this writing. Complaints were listed as "Advertising and Sales Issues" (big surprise!) They tried to 'enroll' me almost immediately, and hung up as I started to ask them for more information about them.

Not only were they interested in knowing if I was current on the debt, but if I was willing to get behind on the debt - i.e. stiff the credit card companies while they 'negotiated'. I wanted to know who they were lead generator for. So after a little back and forth, I get transferred to the "specialist", which was the Mediator Law Group (mediatorlawgroup.com) and may have also operated as Mathys Law Group (mathyslawgroup.com, redirects to mediatorlawgroup.com).
