Keeps calling without leaving a message.  Anyone else?

They have called us twice today saying we filed out a government application????

They claimed it was due to a government application we filled out..when we asked to be called at a different number due to bad reception, they said no bc that was the # on the application

Calls with no answer on the line, then hangs up.  Tried calling back but call would not go thru.

Called me.  Left voice mail but did not leave message (just talking in background).
