Received a call from this number also ... very odd.

I just got one, too.  Could not get quickly to my cell phone.  tried to call back constant busy.

This is a pre-recorded message from the "Motor Vehicle Corporation" trying to sell me an extended warranty.  Scam.

i received thirteen calls from this number and when i return them says number not in service i called the pphone co they said it was scam

its a texas area code
