don't know who it was.  called back and got a message to press 9 to be put on do not call list.  I already am on national and state DNC list.

"Cash will help with your holiday shopping to collect your funds press one now to turn down your approved loan and have your number removed from our list. Press nine now."

Left me a message sounding like when someone is disguising their voice and asking for a ransom. Sounded like a robot.
