Received a call from this number, they left no message

Called. Did not leave VM.

Just missed the call, but did see the Caller ID show "Texas".  No VM left.  Another site said it was "reducing your credit card rate".

Wow - the reports on here are less than two hours old but my cell phone already identifies it as "Scam or Fraud".  Whoever these DNC-violating crooks are, they called my cell phone at 2:26 pm.  Welcome now to my block list.

Ust called my cell. No message left. CID just showed number.
