Called and said... 'this is the IRS calling and is final notice of filing a lawsuit' .... etc..
I would have no clue about why they want to file a lawsuit with me as I am current and always have been current.
Area code 254 is aTexas telephone area code for numbers in the Waco/Temple/Killeen area. and the closest IRS is in Austin @100 miles away.

My mother got a call stating its IRS and she will be taken to jail if she does not pay 5 thousand $ from 2008. Bogus claims.

Just got bogus IRS call too... Totally fake!  IRS sends letters, and more letters... They don't call!!!

I never answer any 254 calls after being pestered by them for months.

Person calling on behalf of Texas State Troopers Association asking for a donation.  Before the guy could even get started I told him "not to be rude but I'm not interested but please have a good day." He responded just as nicely, said thank you & said have a nice day.
