This number texted me after i posted an ad on craigslist for a car i'm selling. They requested i provided my paypal information to send money then he would arrange for transport. When i asked for a shipping zip code, the reply i got was complete BS. Claimed to be out at sea working as a marine engineer, so he couldn't call but wanted the car to arrive before he returned. He was also very insistent that paypal would be a secure transaction and continued asking for my information, but would never provide the answer to my question.
