if legit number, area code is from waco texas.
although I think the fact that it comes through not separated and with the plus sign at the beginning...it is some overseas bull.
4 calls at 10:30 PM....left no mesasage and this number showed up on caller ID +254721175972.
Is this a foriegn phone call or what?
Probably some kind of scam.
