hi Igor...im suprised they did not give you another number to call back on to explain all the details...hers how it goes..they ask you to reply with your name, ID number or passport number and your nearest airport for where to deliver the car, then they say phone back in 5 minutes whilst they write it all down in the log book. I did this,,,anyway, then you phone back and they have your details, but you have to take care of the transportation costs of the vehicle to go in cargo of the airplane and then have to deposit that money into some account that they give you..well, i stopped right there! It looked like a private account, with no account number though, just a name and destination and ID no of the random person!!!try follow it through if you want.
