I also received an SMS stating that I won a Mercedes E240 with German.International Motor Show in conjunction with Africa Internet Union. This is a scan, when i called the number a from Kenya answered saying that he required my ID number and name and nearest Airport so that he could ship the car too me. I found this very fishey. When i called him back to find out more details, he was very rude and cut the call.....
Also got a sms stating that I won a Mercedes E240. I never entered any competition and accepted that this was just another scam! The report from Neville mentioning "Kenya" proofs that it is a scam. Do not give any personal particulars to anybody you cannot trust or know!
