I was told by cricket customer rep to deactivate my2548133730 phone line to allow boost mobile to port it in.then was told it has to be active to be ported.and now my # is lost in there nunber pool and cannot be reactvated so I lost my# due to cricket mssinformation And no one has made any effort to address their mistake and give me what I asked for and paid for and was told by. Company could easily be done..I know it is posible..only need Corp.level rep. To see bad rude customer diservice I have been flooded with.my business is declining rapidly over these 8 days of abuse.owner of company will be sickened by their misrepresentation.
