New spam number just called. My Robo spammer protection recognized the number and sent it to voicemail after one ring. No message. They will never give up, but they should with my number because even if it isn't already in the NMR spam data base, we don't answer numbers we don't recognize.

254-847-5896 is a Robo call. It was blocked after one ring by my blocker. However, they have set up a rapid re-dial system that the blocker eventually can not outrun. So my phone rang three times within three seconds or less and then the call was connected and went to the voice recorder. Nothing was recorded but the hangup click. (The blocker nailed it three times and was outdone on their 4th attempt.) The only reason I know this is what happened is my AT&T Log showed the number four times at exactly the same time. (My phone Caller ID did not even show the call.) To stop this, I added this pest's number to my AT&T "Exclusive Call Forwarding" voice feature. Now this caller will be forwarded to another pest's number, I will never hear the ring, but the call will be listed on my AT&T Log. I can forward calls from 20 of the persistent pests to the biggest pest of all. I can also block 20 phone numbers and not hear the ring nor see them on my Log. Nice features. I wish the 20 number block feature logged the phone number so I could tell when they stopped calling me.
Called and said my computer was downloading error messages. Wanted me to go to my computer so they could show me the error messages. I said I didn't have a power cord for the computer and I didn't know when I was going to get one. Gave me a different number to call them back when my computer was working.
