Received a call with no message at 2:56pm

This number called and left no message. My children live in a 254 area code (Waco, Temple, Killeen) so I called it back. It was a recording saying I recently visited one of their affiliate web sites and they have a special rebate card for me.

This number has called a couple of times but hung up before I could answer. No voice mail
