i hope you did not give them any information as this is a scam. Even if this was a real debt collector they do not have the authority to arrest anyone as debt is a civil matter. Plus if this was real, and if you did not co sign for a loan you are not legally responsible for it. I hope this helps you.

For people that believe her, this is not the way your collect debt. Any LEGAL AND LEGIT Debt Collector will send you a letter in the mail through the United States Postal Service which is the ONLY LEGAL WAY to serve someone! Don't fall for this people!!
Each state has it's own rules concerning service of process. Some allow US mail, others do not. In any event this is a scam. You can't be served by phone or e-mail.
Your Correct CWG40 - however NO ONE can call you and threaten you as this B.I.T.C.H. is doing. The phone providers need to shut these people down and take them to court to put an end to this nonsense.
