We receive one or more calls from this number every day. If I pick up, the recorded voice says the call is about an important business matter for a Ryan (I forget the last name) we always hang up because we are not Ryan What's-his-name.
I have looked into blocking this number, and will do that tonight when I get home.
I've also searched the Alabama District Attorney's office, but can not find a way to report it or file a complaint. I will keep looking though and if I find a way I will post the information here.
In the meantime If the admin here has that kind of information, I would appreciate a good tutorial on how to report phone abuse to the authorities.
By the way our phone number is in the "National Do-Not-Call" list.
Now that all cell phone numbers have been released for telemarketers, the problem will only get worse. On top of that scams and telemarketer calls will cost you normal cell usage (minutes)
