This number keeps calling leaves no message. When I answer there is complete silence. When I try to call back it says the number has been changed or has been turned off.

same here 7:11 pm what do the call really do / or what are they for? they called i answered bout 3 sec, later hanged up. i call back it actually rings for a good 7 to 9 seconds.. the " you have reached not working number".. blah blah.. might actually be like some time of voicemail. bc it keeps on playing when you call them back it never hangs up.. just might be couple of people out there. just to see there. see how people go crazy.
I've gotten the same call on a Saturday at 10:30am. Caller ID says they are calling from Bessemer, AL. I've not had the pleasure to answer and don't have the time to call back. I guess its not that important or they'd leave a message.
