This guy is a scam artist. He gets the names of properties around the country that are advertised for rent on Craigs List, gets the name of the owner and then poses as the owner in his own Craigs List Ad. Says he was transferred to Alabama and needs to rent the property quick. Google the number, and you'll find a lot of complaints against him.
