Unrecognized number.  Blocked for the future.  Scumbags.  Another day - another number.

They claimed that they had a special deal that would provide me relief from unsecured debt (which I do not have.) It seemed like a very typical scam. Do not provide any information if called by this number.

Don't bother complaining to the FCC, FTC, or other do-nothing government agency.
Report the number to the FBI.  I just did.  It's THEIR PROBLEM now:
