This is b---s--t. I don't know who this is but I have saved this e-mail and I will be calling the Attorney General in Texas as this is where I live. I am 67 years old I don not need this.
I had just check my spam email and i had gotten a message from this person name michael davis saying that i have a copy of warrant and summons that he had sent due to the fact tha ti have a payday loan out which need to be paid in the amount of 12000.00 which i dont have a checking account as well he said i will be served with the summons and warrant and for my arrest as well, i also got a case number sent to i know this is a total scam as well, i had been scam before and this person think he going get me for this i am going to call the ftc and the attorney general office here from where i live to fils a complaint. Please let me know what else can i do,
You've pretty much got it covered. Make those complaints & then ignore the scammer. He's nothing but a foreign scrounger who is not worth your time or concern.
