Another gone to VM with no message. All Internet references to that number point to telemarketers.  Likely robocall.

This is a telemarketing company about interest rates. It is a computer voice.

Calls my home number that is listed as a Do Not Call number; does NOT have any business with me that I know of; fails to leave a message, so I can't confirm if they have business with me; I NEVER return calls from numbers I don't recognize or that don't leave a message.

They are as good as confirming they are a scam artist when they don't leave a message and will be blocked as well as flagged as an identity thief.
