fake paypal confirmation. They always want you to wire back the difference
in funds. That is the only thing they care about. Only SUCKERS wire money
to distant buyers. First sign of trouble is responses to ads from area codes
that are 1000's of miles away.

Scammers are located not in the usa but use numbers that LOOK like they are.
