Call 3-4 times a day, do not leave a message..When I call back, and it says this is not a working number

Call from this number 3 times today. I tried to call it back and it says that it is not a working number.

Elderly parents getting 3 calls per day. Its interruptions during meals, naps etc...  When returning call to the # its not a working number. Should be illegal.

this number calls me everyday and it says that its calling from Alabama, however this time they called looking for a Michelle, my name is Michael. Coincidence?

Keep getting calls.  When I call back it says number disconnected.
