Who called from 2563685400

Got a call from this number on 2/5/15 at 11:39 a cst. The caller id said Talladega, AL. I don't know of anyone from there. The calls goes to my second number which a fax number. People constantly call that number but they will only hear loud ping noise....I guess like the sound.

This number called at 10:56 AM and 7:16 PM.  Caller ID says "unknown name".  Did not leave message.

I called it back and it said to hold for the next representative then after 3-4 min it told me bye and disconnected. It calls my house every day while I am at work.

Once again "Talladega, AL" showed up on my caller id on 3/26/15 at 1010a.m. Good thing I was out of town.
