Never leaves a message and calls my cell. If it's not in my caller ID I do not answer.

Called on cell. They hung up, leaving no message. Caller ID said from Decatur Alabama

I answered, they said they wanted to reduce the interests rates on my credit cards, I asked which ones and they said my visa and Mastercard to which i responded that i dont have either of them and they hung up. Tried calling back and the line was disconnected. Obviously phishing for your credit card info
