They called my cell phone but didn't leave a message.

Dear Sir and/ or Madame,

I suffered a scam and lost a lot of money. It happened 18 months ago. Since then, sometimes I have been getting phone calls but nobody talks on the other side of the line. I have been trying to keep up to see if maybe at some point, something gets clear. Today, somebody call my home phone and when I picked up the phone nobody wanted to talk and whoever was on the other side hanged up. Would be possible to track back who is calling my house?. I checked this number and it was a call from a person named?. IRENE. 12564034059
