Keeps calling and never leaves message.

Doesn't leave message.  When you call the number back it does nothing. ... No ringing just shows your time on your phone going as if your talking to someone.

I had exactly the same experience today.  The call came through my cell phone.  I did not answer.  But I called that number at work, and my work phone reads "connected" but no ringing but it goes on as if you're connected and talking to someone.

Same experience as all of the above comments. No message, and when number is called, there is only silence. No Ringing.
