Most likely a debt collection scam. Demand a debt validation letter be sent you by US mail. E-mail no good. They don't do this, then simply ignore the calls. Block them. Only a court as part of a legal action can order garnishment. Garnishments are strictly regulated and some states do NOT allow them. Only a judge or the DMV can revoke your license and they do not revoke licenses because someone is in civil debt. Absolute scam. See my entry. I believe these callers are located in Louisiana.
