Got dead air.

This number called me.  I didn't answer because I didn't recognize the number.  They left no message.  If they had legitimate business with me they would have left a message.

call at 9pm and let the phone ring once, never leaves a message

Called...Let it ring twice then hung up

They called me again.  Still didn't recognize the number so still didn't answer.  Still left no message.
