This number called this morning trying to collect a debt I do not owe. It was for past due Comcast charges, and I've never had Comcast in my life. They obviously have the wrong person, but we're very rude and confrontational when I pointed that out. They would not give me a company name, and the caller ID only showed "Huntsville" for the name. When I refused to give them my ssn, they got huffy and hung up on me.
this number called my brothers cell phone asking for my Mother who has been deceased for over a year. Can't figure how anyone would have gotten his cell phone in regards to my Mom.

Thank you for that information. I suspected that is was a debt collector & I have refused to answer it, and they call daily! For SOME reason WOW assigned me my number very soon after somebody apparently disconnected....I decided it has to end sometime (although I did respond to other callers to tell them that person is not me) but I am tired of it, so I have stopped answering for that "other" person.
I am going to block that particular number now that I know it is another debt collector. Thanks again.
These thugs (Debt Management) keep harassing me early in the morning and at night even though I do not owe anyone money. If these fools keeps calling I will sue them.
