From other complaints, looks like they collect for att, verizon, comcast, etc. Also appears they SAY they send out Debt Validation Letters sometime before they start calling, and give the indication that you should automatically be willing to pay them over the phone when they call. Also seems they are quick to report items on a person's credit report.
I have NO idea how, with 242 complaints in 3 years (=80/year), and 134 closed between Sept, 2012 and Sept, 2013, but this company is accredited with the BBB since 5/21/13, AND has a rating of "A+." --- It looks like MORE THAN HALF of the complaints do not allow you to read the details, so you can make your own judgement.

This number called me this morning, I heard a automated voice asking me to press #1 if I was who I was, I pressed "1", then was immediately put on hold for several minutes. I hung up and called the number back, I was told it was "Diversified Consulting" and warned that they recorded their phone calls by a automated voice, and a person answered and she put me on hold again!!! I stayed on hold for a few minutes then I hung up again, if they really want to talk to me, they will talk to me instead of putting me on hold. I did a look up with the number then the name that was given when I called back.....a debt collection company, for what I don't know but a lot of people have been complaining about harrassment. Just wanted to let other unfortunate souls who receive a call from this number, know.....Have a blessed day!

just switched my old company phone which was through AT&T to straight Talk. As you know Straight Talk is a month to month service through Walmart.
I have been receiving calls from Diversified Consulting. I have only had this new number less than a week. apparently the person who had this number had bad debts following them. this is what you ,and me, get when we switch to a month to month service. people are moving their service or phone number monthly. unless you keep you same number for a length of time , you will get these types of calls. but even if you keep the same number for a while, you will get some of these calls.
skip tracer / debt collector calling my burner. dang i got another bad phone number. You can reject / hang up on this one and they still keep calling. I put in my contacts with the name as, Rejects, so it displays that when they call again.
