08/04/15: It's not everyday you see a fresh new tele-scammer clan open up for business---and this particular number DOES seem to be new; purportedly from "Decatur, Huntsville" AL. Be assured this number's TRUE source is OUTSIDE the U.S.
Currently, NO voicemail ( very typical of phishing tele-scammers using a robo-dialer to "mark" numbers answered by people ).
Remember: Robo-Dialers ONLY work IF you answer these strange calls. Let your voicemail service handle these scumbags; they don't make a dime IF no one answers their calls. You have the power to fight back by NEVER answering these type calls.
