THEY CALL YOU, PLAY MUSIC, AND ASK YOU TO HOLD, THEN YOU CALL BACK AND ARE PUT ON HOLD AND THEN A LADY COMES ON SAYING VERIZON WIRELESS. If you try to ask any information you are hung up on. THIS IS A SCAM, THIS IS NOT VERIZON WIRELESS. THEY USE DIFFERENT NUMBERS TO CALL YOU. THE SAME LADY HAS CALLED ME FROM 3 SEPERATE NUMBERS. 2 phone numbers Caller ID said Uknown, and the third said Corr Wireless.
Just spoke with Verizon Corporate, its a scam. Had them block the number from calling my line. They start this crap every billing cycle!! Last month it was from a different number, same guy answers when you call them back.
I have received many calls from this number day after day after day for a month. They never leave a message. I chose not to call them back after reading all of the complaints. I know it can not be a legitimate VZW call for me, unless they hire someone post-bankruptcy to drive you nuts!
