Who called from 2565420713

It's definitely a scam, spoofed #.
I received no less than 8 of these types of calls yesterday. Yes, 8.
The day before 5 or 6 calls from debt collectors. NO, i do not owe any debt collectors.
It's just random robo calling. It's a plague. A scourge.
Seems to have grown exponentially worse since Comcast has my home phone service.
Decline, ignore, block.

Did not answer, but they left a message. Sales call to sell me a vehicle warranty.

Called and left no message.  I don't answer calls that my phone doesn't recognize.  Legitimate callers will leave a message of some sort.

May 26, 2017 first call from Heather 909-318-0345 re auto warranty, 2 hours later another call from 256-542-0713 and from this site it looks like could be heather again! Picked up first one due to having relatives in that area code, blocked them both
