It's a Bell South landline.  Hodges Directory says number belongs to "Yolanda Toscano, Oak Shade Dr, Huntsville Alabama, 256-542-0713"  I'm guessing it's a lonely, demented person.

Same call no msg. Dont believe Hodges, it seems to be wrong all the time. Numbers are generally spoofed anyway.
