Who called from 2565524020

Got this call several times but no one talks.  Called back the number but the number is disconnected.

Called my cell - missed call and called right back.  Message was a unworking number.

I got a call from this number.  The person told me that she was calling from BBVA COMPASS and asked for me by my maiden name.  I informed her that this was my maiden name.  She then asked me if I knew my neighbor,  Mr.........   I told her that I didn't and she said "thanks" and hung up.  Confused, I called the number back and it was disconnected.  WEIRD!
