Got a call on my vonage phone which I didn't answer, then got an immediate call on my cell phone, from the same number.  I called the number and the robo female voice said "Lender (or Lenders, not sure) Processing Center How shall I direct your call" and then did an immediate pitch on lowering my interest rate. It continued with "If rate is below 3.75% press" I forget what number and if above press something something else.  It concluded with a "If you wish to be removed from our list". I chose not to confirm to them a "live number".
