Lady left a message saying she was from Crestwood Medical Billing Department, that her number there was 256-665-9360 and that she wanted me to call her back. Crestwood Hospital is one of two hospitals in the Huntsville, AL area, but since I don't have any outstanding bills and couldn't find the number on Crestwood's website I assumed the call was phishing or spam.
