Received a call from this number 256-676-3074 on my work number and received a call from 213-373-1768 on my cell phone and then received on from 256-676-3074 on my home phone all of the calls wher the same "This message is intended for Cynthia Nemeth.  Cynthia the very second you receive this message I need you or your retained attorney of record to return the call the issue at hand is extremely time sensitive. My name is Mark Hudson and the line to my division is 213-373-1768 again 213-373-1768. Don’t disregard this message return the call now Cynthia Nemeth if you don’t return the call and I don’t  hear from you the only thing I can do is wish good luck as the situation unfolds on you. Good bye and best of luck on your case."

Well I do not owe anyone from this company or the company they say they are calling from.  This is a scam and I have reported to FTC and filed a report with my local police department.  The bad thing is they have your personal information I do not know how they got this but do not under any circumstance give them any information.  But try to get as much information as you can from them and report them to the FTC and your local police department
