Who called from 2566848819

This same man has called under a third identity within the past two years. He will not send written information on the supposed case he says involves a possible fraud. I do not know what company is truly represented because he is quite ambiguous in that area. This third caller id says "Phillip Dunbar."

Once a case is Forward Out I cant send anything to you Sorry but I simply called you and you had a choice to exercise your rights I'm a small Fish in a big pond LAWS can not be change nor could a case get brought back, Sorry although email me your comments are concerns [email protected]

We go out our way to find the accused to prevent having to submit out claims in search for a warrant to be presented..... Why Fraud Cases Mr. Dunbar; sometimes we lose our info and when we look around criminals could have generated trouble that we don't know about...So I go over ever info in which you are privilege to know about with out having to summit  a warrant application to a processor

This phil dunbar called requesting my Social Security # but wouldn't say what company he was from but that it was related to a "possible" fraud case. Very suspicious to me.

This guy has been calling for the longest about two checks written out 3 to 4 years ago. Not only is he calling me. but he is calling my friends and ex-girlfriend harassing them giving them details about a so call case. If their was a case, I think I would of heard from the courts already. I'm filling several complaints about this guy as soon as I find out his real name, his company.
